Tempted By Tandoor is offering mouth-watering Indian delicacies from the streets of Old Delhi and perfecting age-old mom inspired fusion recipes in Gurgaon and New Delhi. TBT menu includes deliciously curated classic Indian dishes along with a twist of some Desi Style Chinese dishes.
It is the brainchild of Usha Saraf, her lip-smacking Indian food recipes are the highlight at Tempted by Tandoor. She is a passionate woman to eat different variety of authentic and traditaional food and learnt receipes from her mother & grand mother.
After following her dream of running a restaurant at the age of 70, every dish is cooked with love and passion. With a lifetime of knowledge and experience, Usha cooks in the kitchen with team to make sure everything is served to the best standards. She carefully crafted the menu with traditional and fusion dishes: Achari Paneer Tikka, Mom's Special Tangri, Diet Chicken, Chicken Toffee, Dal Makhan Wali, Kathal Ki Subzi and Tawa Chicken.
Inspired from mom, TBT focus is on local seasonal produce ingredients, cooking style and flare at mixing flavours. TBT is creating new food dishes without destroying the soul of dishes. The menu at Tempted By Tandoor reflects the soul of Old Delhi food like The Kebab section offers Kebabs Hara Bhara Kebab, Kebab 'E' Bahar and Kashmiri Mutton Seekh that will strike the palate and leave a lasting impression. The starters are jam-packed with flavour and include options like Chaap Punjabi, The Royal Broccoli, Chatori Murgh, Murgh Masakkali, Fish Amritsari, etc.
